James de Soyres & Associates is a full service architectural practice based on Pittwater on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Since 1998, we have been designing elegant, timeless and comfortable homes that reflect our local environment and the vision of our clients.

Whilst most of our projects are located within the former Pittwater, Warringah and Manly council areas of the Northern Beaches we have and are also able to assist clients further afield in the Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands and the Hawkesbury River region.  We have extensive experience with difficult sites that may be subject to bushfire, geotechnical and flooding hazards and with homes that are isolated from the utility networks in locations such as Scotland Island and the western foreshores of Pittwater.
